MARINER, the brand of MARINE AGENCY MUSTRA Ltd., is Croatian private crew management and ship manning company, serving the international maritime industry since 1998.
Our core services include crew management and manning, marine travel coordination, and specialized crew training, ensuring efficient crew mobilization, including embarkation and disembarkation, in accordance with our clients' operational requirements.
We provide shipowners and ship managers with comprehensive crewing and personnel management solutions tailored to their specific needs. Founded by Tomislav Mustra, MARINER has built a strong reputation for delivering reliable, high-quality crewing services to well-established shipping companies worldwide, with particular expertise in the offshore oil & gas sector.

In addition to all required government approvals and licenses, our company has maintained ISO 9001:2015 certification since its establishment and operates in full compliance with the Maritime Labour Convention (MLC) 2006.
Our Quality Management System has been independently approved and certified by the Croatian Register of Shipping (CRS), reflecting our ongoing commitment to quality, safety, and continuous improvement.
Membership
MARINER (MUSTRA Ltd.) is a proud member of CROSMA (Croatian Ship Manning Agencies Association), a non-profit organization that brings together Croatian crewing agencies in accordance with applicable regulations and its Statute. CROSMA promotes maritime careers and strengthens the connection between qualified seafarers and employers while supporting high standards within the crewing industry.
CROSMA is also a member of the EUROCREW Association, representing the interests of European ship manning agencies and promoting best practices across the international maritime sector.
